Job Description

1. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
2. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
3. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
4. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
5. Prepare welcome board for visitors.
6. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
7. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
8. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
9. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
10. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
11. Responsible for Inward & Outward of all Couriers & Parcells and maintain record.
12. Understand and act in accordance with the company’s Core purpose, Goals and values and positively contribute to the company’s culture.
13. Any other task assigned by Management.
