Brief Job Profile:
• Preparing Agenda, organizing Board Meeting and other committee meetings, preparing minutes & other secretarial work.
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
• Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
• Filing various forms & maintenance of registers
• Co-ordination with share transfer Registrar & payment of dividend
• Special Company secretarial assignments, as and when required.
• Please note we are searching for a candidate who has the following abilities/competencies:-
• Timely arrangement of Board & other meetings with proper agenda & other supporting papers.
• Timely filing of various forms & returns with MCA / SEBI.
• To solve shareholders' complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner in coordination with the share transfer registrar.
