Job Description

This position will be responsible for:
1. Public relations, Liaising and building network with stakeholders such as local community, government officials and departments of the areas at District and tehsil level; Deputy Commissioner & its office, Superintendent of police & its office, Additional Divisional Magistrate & its office, Mining department, Forest Department, Land and Revenue Department, Explosive department, Weights and measurement department, Regional Transport Office, Registration License Authority and others.

2. Building relationships with community (gram panchayat & representatives) and external environment.

3. Vehicle movements company owned as well as through third party (pollution, taxes, permit and insurance) and administration of Office, Employee accommodation, Guest House, Housekeeping, Mess, Pantry, grievance handling and ensuring discipline etc.

4. Preparation and control of departmental budget.

5. Communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Exposure to security, employee relations, Land and Revenue.

7. To make all security arrangements.
