Experience: 6 to 12 yrs
1. Overall Site accounts incharge for the Renewable wing in the particular state.
2. Project budget monetoring in SAP and providing periodical reports on project wise capital budget Vs Actual exps to Site incharge & to corporate team.
3. Fund Management to ensure that no funds are kept idle by proper planning through daily / monthly Cash Flow Budget.
4. Coordination with Corporate banking team for fund planning and arrangement and Fund Transfers.
5. Petty cash management & Cheque Book Management
6. Accounts Payable – All vendors related payments, reconciliations, co-ordination with GBS & ensure timely payments & reconciliation of vendors.
7. Review and monitoring of Bank Guarantees (ABG/PBG) submitted by Vendors
8. Arranging Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign payment transactions. Liasoning with Banks for LC opening.
9. Providing support to Finance team for providing project realted expenses details to Finance Team, Bankers site Visit etc.
10. Review Bank Reconciliations, GRIR balances, Advances to vendors etc., co-coordinate with all the stakeholders and regularise the same.
