Work Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM
• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with defined key business metrics, in order to produce revenue growth, cost savings and profitability
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle for ERP Solutions/ SAP / Quality Engineering/IT Service/Cloud Solutions opportunities.
• Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to midsized companies & large enterprises
• Keep abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends through reading pertinent literature, training and consulting with manufacturers and their marketing representatives.
• Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business. Ability to identify new leads and prospects, generate call lists, and obtain client meetings. Cold and warm calling skills; experience dealing with and managing objections.
• Work with clients to obtain qualified job requirements. Negotiate with clients to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
• Effectively work with internal partners in full sales lifecycle from lead generation, solution engineering, marketing, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the accounts assigned-
• Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements-
• Experience in account mining, growth and customer success-
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events-
• Educate prospective customers on the merits of Karma Consulting wide range of services, skills/expertise and engagement models-
EXPERIENCE AND QUEXPERIENCE;
• Must have experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, and maintaining sales database.
• Should have 10-15 years of relevant experience in a sales position with a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders;
• Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships and communication with internal stake holders
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets (minimum $1.5 to $2 Million/Yr)
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for the sales process and service to customers.
• Must be passionate toward building strong customer relationships and have a proven ability to prosecute and close new business.
