JOB DESCRIPTION:

The job primarily requires assisting the publicly listed corporations to be compliant with SEC disclosure regulations, acting as a full service filing agent providing XBRL tagging, EDGARization, Filing Agent services, and ARS/10-K Performance graphs.

• Total Return Performance Graph

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. SEC/US GAAP/IFRS compliant block tagging and detail foot note tagging of 10K, 10Q, 8K and S1 documents with instance creation, validation, rendering and quality control.
ii. Preparing regulatory EDGAR filings in ASCII and HTML formats and file on behalf of the customers with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)
iii. Preparing standard five-year Stock Total Return Performance Graph including the company's (Customer’s) total returns, a broad market index, a customized peer group of companies, SIC Code Group, or industry index, and all underlying data, including price and dividends. Also preparing the graphs on a quarterly or monthly basis, with additional history and additional data; or beyond the standard five year period for a longer term perspective and under the five year period to highlight performance due to divestiture, M&A and other events.
iv. Interacting with overseas team.
v. Should be flexible for working in night shifts.
